1.What will I be when I grow up?
句中when引导的时间状语从句，遵从主将从现原则，after、before与when的用法相同。
I will go to see her when she comes back.当她回来的时候，我就去看她。
当主句用过去时，从句也用相 应的过去时。
Before I went to work, I drank another cup of tea.在我上班之前，我又喝了一杯茶。
2. Maybe I’ll be an airplane pilot.
maybe 副词，意为“可能”、“也许”，通常用于句首；may be 是情态动词“may”加动词“be”，意为“可能是”、“可能在”,用于主语后做谓语。（有时可转换）

step意为“措施，脚步”
