① start over
我们来看一下权威的解释：
If you start over or start something over, you begin something again from the beginning. 表示从头再来。来看两个例句：
We decided to abandon the first draft of the report and start over. 我们决定放弃报告的初稿，从头再来。
Sometimes I feel like moving out to the coast and starting over. 有时我想搬到海边，从头再来。

在美剧《马男波杰克》中，马男批评戴安时，就用到了这个表达：

③ take it from the top
这个表达也可以表示“从头再来”，top 就是“顶部”，从顶部开始当然就是“从头开始”啦。
在美剧《摩登家庭》中，Cameron让孩子们开始排练时，也用到了这个表达：
