　　Nowadays,with the rapid development of IT and information industry, cell phones play a dominant role in towns people's life. But, like everything else, they have both favorable and mffavorahle aspects.
　　First, it's useful. As a wireless mobile telephone, it's easy and handy to early to wherever one goes and call the callee however far away he is. Therefore, it greatly facilitates people's life. Second, it's convenient. Whenever one meets trouble or something urgent, one can nmke a call immediately. Most important of all, it's a very helpful companion. With a multirfunction cell phone in hand, one can easily get on the Net, browsing the useful information, conducting e-commerce and doing whatever one can do via Internet.
　　However, just as everything has two sides, the cell phone also has many disadvantages. To begin with, it's expensive to buy and costly to pay the hills, esp. that of global service. To make matters worse, it's also easy to lose and costly to get it repaired. Worst of all,it's not as clear as a family telephone and sometimes the number dialed is often not available. Last but not least, it's alleged the microwaves in it might do harm to people's health.
　　In my opinion,with its expenses greatly reduced after China's entry into the WTO, it will face an ever brighter future in its development. Someday most of them will be developed into new Intemet-enabled mobile phones, which will be as useful as pocket computers. And I believe its advantages will not only offset its disadvantages, but also far outweigh them.

　　Today, with the development of high-technology, we can get access to all kinds of high-tech products, such as computer, digital cameras and so on. These products make our life more convenient, we can keep in touch with family and friends any time any where. Our life has been changed by the high-tech, we live in a fast-pace world. Cell phone influences our life deeply, everyone owns it. While cell phone brings many dangers. First, cell hone contains radiation which hurts people’s body. Today, more and more people die of cancer, the main reason is that the high-tech products radiate their bodies, in the long run, the bodies get sick. Cell phone is one of such products, it hurts our bodies as long we use it. Second, cell phone distracts our attention about discovering the beauty of life. People pay their attention on cell phone, they count on it by reading news and making friends, being less going out. We should use cell phone properly.
　　今天，随着高科技的发展，我们可以接触各种各样的高科技产品，比如电脑，数字相机等等。这些产品让我们的生活变得方便，我们可以和家人和朋友随时随地保持联系。我们的生活受高科技影响而改变，我们生活在一个快节奏的世界。手机深深影响着我们的生活，每个人都有手机。然而手机给我们带来了危害。第一，手机包含了危害我们身体的辐射。现在，越来越多的人死于癌症，主要的原因是高科技产品辐射着他们的身体，长此下去，身体就得病了。手机就是其中的产品，只要我们使用，就会受到危害。第二，手机让我们忽略了发现生活的美。

As for the security issue, the cellphone is necessary. On the other hand, the students can use it as a tool of study. They can search the study materials on line by using the cellphone, it will cut down much cost of the time, make the study more efficiently.
　　支持者认为，手机在当今时代已经广泛运用，学生可以用来与家长和监护人随时保持联系，对于安全问题来说，手机是非常必要的。另外，学生也可以将手机作为一个学习工具。他们可以用手机上网搜索学习资料，这将会大大减少时间成本，让学习变得更加有效率。
　　And other people think that the juveniles is not matured enough to use the cellphone in the right way. There were some reports said that some students used the cellphone to cheat in the exam. And also, many parents found that their children would attain some inappropriate information from the net service on the cellphone, it is not easy to supervise that. What the worst result is, they become a cellphone addict, stick to the cellphone anywhere anytime.
　　而另外一些人则认为，青少年们还不够成熟，不能正确的使用手机。有些报道称有些学生用手机在考试时作弊。此外，很多家长们发现他们的小孩通过手机的网络服务会获取一些少儿不宜的信息，这并不好进行监督。而最坏的结果是，他们会变成一个手机上瘾者，不管什么时候、到哪都要粘着手机。
　　There are the advantages and disadvantages of the cellphone, I think the most important of all is how to use it as the best tool of our life instead of letting it control your life.
　　手机有利有弊，我想最重要的是怎样将它变成生活里最好的工具，而不是让它控制你的生活。
